Fabulous Finds and Fashions-June 8

Hello everyone!  Welcome to another edition of Fabulous Finds and Fashions!  I have two things that I found this week and can’t wait to share them with you!

Long Dress

First, I found this Metaphor multicolored dress and absolutely fell in love with it!  I love the colors and the design.  But, I also really like the gold accents on the neckline.

Dress Close Up

I think it’s really cute and can’t wait to wear it out on the town or even to church.

I also found this adorable mug while I was shopping at Joann’s.

Cup Front

I love that it’s my sign off for the blog!  It’s so cute and unfortunately I can’t really use it because it is now warm.  But I love it and it is a big mug to hold a lot of hot chocolate.  I also like the footprints on the inside of the mug.  They also wrap around the mug.

Cup Back

I think it so cute!  Again, I can’t wait to use it in the near future.

I hope that you enjoyed this post!  I can’t wait to see you on Friday for another exciting post!

Finds and Fashions-Turquoise (My Favorite Color!)

Turquoise fashions sheer top, khaki skirt title

Hello! How is your week going? I am enjoying my last few days of school, letting the kids just play and trying to get the room cleaned up and organized. I have lots planned for this summer at home!

As you can see, I have a new model this time! Rozy decided it was her turn! I decided to go with my favorite color this time-turquoise!!!  These outfits are great for those summer outings and parties you are going to. A turquoise, white, and blue striped 3/4 sleeve top is perfect with white jeans.  I added gold jewelry, a navy purse and turquoise sandals.

Next up, a turquoise print sheer top with a khaki skirt. I love how flowey this top is and it goes with so many different things. I added a salmon colored beaded necklace, salmon colored sandals and a floral wallet.

The close-up is kind of blurry-sorry!

The last outfit is a turquoise, navy and green tank with silver trim. A denim skirt is a classic for any top you put with it! I added silver jewelry and the same navy purse as the first outfit. I also have white and silver sandals.

I hope you enjoyed this ‘turquoise’ post! Have a wonderful week!!

Fabulous Finds and Fashions-May 25, 2016

Hello everyone!  And welcome to another edition of Fabulous Finds and Fashions.  School is officially over, which means that summer is here and ready to go.

But there are always more outfits that need to be put together.

This week I was going through my closet to find things that I don’t really wear and I found this cute Chevron skirt.  I knew I had the skirt, but I didn’t know what to wear with it.  So, of course, this was my project for the week.

1. White Sequin Tank Top

Chevron Skirt 1

I love this top from Maurices.  It goes with so many things and it is easy to wear. And, of course, it happened to go well with the skirt.  I like how bright the top is compared to the muted skirt.  I paired this with Candies silver flip flops to finish off the look.

2. Black Tee Shirt

Chevron Skirt 2

Okay, so I know that this is kind of boring, but I like it.  The black shirt looks good with the muted colors of the skirt.  And, the shirt looks good either tucked in or out.  I paired this with my Bongo black shoes that finish off this casual summer look.

So, that’s all I have for this week.  I hope you enjoyed seeing my post and seeing my new outfits to wear.  Click on the pictures below to see what other Fabulous Finds and Fashions I have done!

Fabulous Finds and Fashions 5/18/16

Fabulous Finds and Fashions 2

Hello! I am back today with some fabulous finds, but no fashions. I found some great stuff at Goodwill this time, and decent prices.

This pillow was from Target this past winter and it was marked at $3.99. I have been seeing them lately for $9-12 at Goodwill, so this one was a good deal. I will put it away for next winter.

I loved the scrolling and design of this little plate. I put it in Lauren’s room so she can set her water bottle on it and other little items when she stays over.

Aren’t these silver pieces great! The large bowl was half off because it had a blue tag. I believe it was $2.00 and the little bowls were .99 cents each. Can’t wait to use these on my table!

My last find was this bunch of faux pussy-willows. I only paid $1.99 for the bunch.

I’d say this was a pretty successful shopping trip! Thanks for stopping by!

Fabulous Finds and Fashion-Floral Ruffled Tank Top

Hello!  Welcome!  I hope that you are all having a great week so far and I hope that you are all looking forward to the plans that you have in store for the weekend.

So, this week, I didn’t find anything interesting.  But, I did rediscover a tank top that I had hanging in the closet.  I purchased the top from Maurices in January of 2015, and it has been extremely cute.  But, it has been very hard to wear because it is long and flowy.

So I took this opportunity to find some new outfits to wear with the shirt.

1. Tank Top and Shorts

Look 1

And here is the shirt.  You might be able to tell how it can be a little hard to wear.  I added a pair of Torrid denim shorts and a pair of gold Vera Wang flip flops to finish the look.  It is perfect for any summer day and perfect to keep cool.

2. Tank Top and Pink Capris

Look 2

I have owned this pair of pink capris for quite a few years.  They are Faded Glory and I bought them from Walmart for Easter.  They are so comfy and they look good with so many different shirts.  I added a pair of Mossimo blingy nude flats to finish off the look.

3. Tank Top, Lace Cover Up, and Jean Capris

Look 3

So, I forgot that I had this lace cover up in my closet.  It looks really good over the tank top.  I tied it in the front because it didn’t look good hanging loose in the front.  I added a pair of jean capris and pink floral Vera Wang flip flops to finish off the look.

I am very happy with my new outfit choices.  I can’t wait to wear them out to school or church or even shopping.  I hope that you like my new outfits, and I can’t wait to see you on Friday!
