Hi everyone! I hope you all had a fun and safe Halloween! My husband went to the church carnival, but I stayed home to help keep the dogs from going to crazy everytime the doorbell rang. We also celebrated Munchkins first birthday yesterday! We had doggy cake and presents and everything!! Ha! It’s so funny to see their expression. She looked at us like we were crazy. I guess we are!

I will start at the beginning, the entryway. I have never had an entryway before, so I am looking forward to decorating it and welcoming people into my home. I thought this chandelier would be great. Isn’t it beautiful? Kind of beachy and kind of farmhouse. Perfect!

Fabulous Finds and Fashions-Costume Edition

Hello everyone! Welcome to another edition of Fabulous Finds and Fashions. This week, because my actual post for Friday is taking longer than expected, I am showing you what I am wearing for Halloween.

Now, do you remember when I posted about all my love of a Youtuber name Markiplier? No…well click here to read that blog post.

So, I decided to be Markiplier for Halloween! Or at least the female version.

So, I will be wearing the Markiplier logo shirt under a red plaid flannel shirt that I bought from Old Navy. Now, why am I wearing a red flannel? According to Markiplier, his red flannel shirt is his lucky flannel, so I must wear it also. I will be wearing my over ear headphones since Markiplier is a gamer and wears these kinds of headphones.

I added some more Markiplier themed stuff on the pocket. I have a hot pink mustache because Mark has a character on his channel called Wilford Warfstache who has a pink mustache. So, it has become a symbol on the channel. I also added my two Five Nights at Freddy’s characters since Mark is considered the King of Five Nights at Freddy’s.

Even though no one is going to know who I am for Halloween, there is that random chance that they will. Either way, it is fun and simple and I can’t wait to wear it!

Black, Orange and Green Halloween Table-Finds and Fashions

Welcome back to a Finds and Fashions! I haven’t posted one of these for awhile. I haven’t wanted to buy too much since we will be moving, but good news! We finally found a house!! It has taken us a while, but we finally found one that has all the different features we were looking for. It will need quite a bit of updating-good blog posts! For example, the sink in the kitchen is chocolate brown. Really!! I think I see a farmhouse sink in the future!! I will be posting lots of updates as we get projects done. But for today I have a Halloween tablescape for you.

I decided to go with the color scheme of black, orange and green this time. A little dark, but a little fun too. I started out with a white tablecloth and layered my black and white striped runners horizontal across the top.

I found black charger plates with skulls on them at the 99 Cent Store and placed a white plate on top of it. Lauren had some black fabric that was reversible, so I made napkins out of them. I like how they have two patterns on them. I placed a polka-dotted treat cup on top and a black crow keeps watch.

For the centerpiece, I used an oval chalkboard and drew some spiderwebs on it. Then I added some black spray-painted candlesticks (one of my finds at $3.00 for 8 candlesticks), with black taper candles. Some small orange and white pumpkins and some green sparkly ribbon add to the color scheme.

I had the black flowers and the silver spider from a pumpkin Haley made several years ago and I just picked up the ’31’ at Goodwill last week. Only 29 cents each!

I also found this handsome guy at the 99 Cent Store. Love his top hat and sparkles!

I love how the wax is dripping down the candles. Adds just the right spooky touch!

I don’t do a whole lot for Halloween, but this sure was fun to set up!

Fabulous Finds and Fashions-Walmart Edition

Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of Fabulous Finds and Fashions. This week I present some things that I found while on my weekly trip to Walmart.

Now, as everyone knows (or should know), Walmart is an extremely odd place. Like, wearing jeans and a tee shirt is considered dressing up odd. Now I had to go to WaliWorld to get some more ink for my printer and came across this awesome item

How cool is this????? Like, if I was 5 this would be on my Christmas list. Wait…are you kidding…this is currently on my Christmas list even if I don’t fit into it! It is the perfect car for me! I wouldn’t have to pay for gas, how cost effective!

Kind of.

If you look at the top of the picture, you will find something very strange.

I know! Why can we not play in the carriage? How are we supposed to figure out if we fit into it or not????

Just kidding, what I mean is the price. $398! FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A FLIPPING PLASTIC CAR WHO’S BATTERY WILL PROBABLY DIE IN 2 WEEKS AND YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO FIT INTO IT AFTER 2 MONTHS! For Walmart, this is an insane price. Would I buy it for my kids if I had kids? No. Would I buy it for me if I was short? Yes.

Now, not only did I find this amazing carriage. I found the probably the scariest thing in Walmart.

Now, I’m going to be completely honest, I almost bought one just to scare my cats. But realistically, they are not worth the 97 cents. Because I would end up buying one, and scaring myself. Or Amelia would pop it in a matter of seconds….

Fabulous Finds and Fashions-More Premier Designs!

Hello everyone! Welcome to another Fabulous Finds and Fashions! This week, I am going to show you…MORE JEWELRY!

I am now a seller for Premier Designs, so I recently received my boutique. This is basically the best thing ever! There was so much jewelry and I cannot wait to wear it all and show it off to my friends and family who are hosting shows.

So here are some of my favorite pieces. The first necklace is called Stunning. It is a four layered necklace and each piece can be worn as a separate necklace. So basically you have a four in one necklace!

Next is the Spring Break necklace. I don’t normally go for this kind of necklace, but this one is really pretty. This one can be worn as two separate necklaces.

The third necklace is called Fine Art. Again, it can be worn as two separate necklaces and it is super pretty! It has a bit of a Aztec feel to it with the color combination.

Next are two of my favorite bracelets. The first one is called On the Edge and it is a wrap around bracelet. It has two snaps on it the back so it can be worn at two different sizes depending on the size of your wrist. I also like the gold chain, on the outside. How pretty is that? The other bracelet is called Starlet. The bracelet come in two different colors and it also has the two snaps on the back. I also like the blingy pieces, but then again, who wouldn’t?

Finally, my two favorite rings are Stately and Sophia. Stately is blingy and very girly where as Sophia is a bit more reserved. Sophia also looks great with the In the Loop earrings. They have the same patterned design on them would look great together. The other earrings are Round About. Again, not my normal look for earring, but I really like them. I don’t know why, maybe my style is changing.
